Now that spring is here, we’re busy in the kitchen concocting new, delectable gluten-free baked goods for the season. We’ve got a delicious array of seasonal items, from fragrant loaves of fresh baked breads to pies, cookies, cakes, muffins and more.
Our new and deliciously decadent breads are not your typical gluten-free baked goods. From the Vegan Quinoa Buckwheat Loaf to the Multigrain, Mock Rye, Teff Sorghum and Vegan White Artisan loaves, customers have been raving about the taste and texture of our gluten-free breads.
We’re also baking fresh mini pies daily. The cherry, pear and sage pie is out of this world, blending the sweetness of fruit with the savory flavor of sage. We also offer blueberry, blackberry, cherry ginger and cherry mini pies, depending on the day.
Don’t forget to try our other alternative gluten-free treats that are perfect for spring, including blueberry scones, lemon bundt cake, mint lavender cookies, tea breads and fruit tarts.
Revolution Bakery is Santa Fe’s only 100 percent gluten-free bakery. All of our sweets are handmade, hand rolled and hand cut in Santa Fe using the finest, freshest ingredients, with no added preservatives or artificial flavorings. Like our sister restaurant The Teahouse, we serve only the best food, made with love and care.
Revolution Bakery is located at 1291 San Felipe Ave. in the Railyard District, a budding neighborhood full of shops, galleries and restaurants. We are open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday thru Friday, and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.
