Finding us is easy! We are conveniently located on Cerrillos Road, just a short walk from the Historic Railyard District. Free parking is available right outside the Design Center. Just walk through the main doors, and let the smell of fresh, artisan bread guide you to our counter.

Revolution Bakery is proud to be Santa Fe’s premier 100% dedicated gluten-free bakery. You can find our fresh, artisan-baked breads and pastries inside the Design Center at 418 Cerrillos Road.

Yes! The Santa Fe Design Center offers a welcoming, communal indoor seating area where you can enjoy your celiac-safe pastries and coffee right after you order from our counter.

For our daily fresh-bake menu, we highly recommend calling the bakery directly to place a hold. For custom cakes, you can order ahead via our website for local Santa Fe pickup. (Note: Our Psyllium Husk Dough Enhancers are shipped nationwide and are not currently stocked for local retail pickup).
