Gluten Free Pastry Fluffy Dough Enhancer

Gluten-Free Pastry Fluffy is  Revolution Bakery’s pastry dough enhancer for those fine textures that you need to achieve. This proprietary plant cellulose blend gives your dough stretch and replicates conventional gluten pastries. Our non-gmo binder is the perfect swap or enhancer for xanthan gum, guar gum, eggs in any gluten-free recipe. With no added sugar, preservatives, or cholesterol, and naturally free of dairy, nuts and soy, this dough enhancer is a pure and easy-to-use gluten-free baking essential.

To achieve the best results use as a slurry to add into dry mix; 1 tsp added to ⅛ cup of room temperature water, per 1 cup of flour. You can also add 1 tsp, per each cup of flour for your batter or dough and let the entire mixture hydrate overnight.
