Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel your cake order, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up date to receive a refund.

Late Cancellations

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up date.

Returns

Due to the perishable and custom nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns on any purchases. All sales are final once the cake has been picked up.
