Revolution Bakery, a trailblazing Black-Woman-owned gluten-free bakery since 2011, is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its Revolutionary Gluten-Free Baking Academy (RGFBA), right next door to the bakery. Located in the heart of Santa Fe, New Mexico, this first-of-its-kind facility in the Southwest offers an immersive, hands-on learning experience for gf bakers of all skill levels, from aspiring professionals to passionate home gf bakers. This academy offers courses that demystify gluten-free baking and inspire confidence, enabling attendees to master everything from breakfast staples to cookies to gourmet pizzas, and even specialty chai tea blends.
Each course will be taught by either Dionne (founder/baker) or Selena (baker/instructor) who both bring years of expertise and a personable charm to the table, ensuring a transformative and calming learning experience for all participants. The goal is to empower GF Bakers with the art and revolution of gluten-free baking in a community setting. You are cordially invited to be a part of the revolutionary baking journey!
